Ovaries (ovaries) are organs of hormone metabolism and reproduction, very common cysts (called follicular cysts) rarely cause symptoms. Very rarely, degeneration (ovarian carcinoma) occurs, in which case computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging is used for diagnosis and staging.
